Lars Løkke Rasmussen's
visit to the Faroe Islands
in August 2010.
In connection with the Prime Minister's official visit to the Faroe Islands, on August 18th 2010, the Faroese Prime Minister had arranged an adventure tour in connection with CoastZone North Atlantic. A tour that showed the Faroe Islands in a different way.
The experiences consisted in part of a trip to the island Hestur, with the evocative schooner Nordlysid.
On the western side of Hestur, they experienced and challanged the stark and beautiful scenery with kayaking and Swimming through caves. Following by a cave concert in "Klæmintsgjógv" and seafood conference aboard Nordlysid.
The first lady Mrs. Solrun Løkke Rasmussen, Faroese Prime Minister Kaj Leo Johannesen and First Lady Mrs Jorunn Johannsen, joind the trip and they all completed the challenge.
